Natural wine consists of organic grapes vinified and bottled without any inputs, additives, filtration or sulfur.

One of our great pleasures is tasting wines at the end of fermentation, just before stabilization. With natural wine, you will have this specific pleasure of discovering the fresh and crisp flavours of a new wine.

Natural wine…. how?

Tasting a natural wine can be surprising. While it does not have any protection against oxidation, natural wine has a tendency to close up. To make the most of its bouquet and taste, we strongly advise you to let it decant by pouring it in order to eliminate its natural carbon dioxide when you uncork the bottle.

Once opened, a bottle of natural wine should be consumed entirely, as it will not keep overnight.

Pinot Noir Nature is the ideal companion for grilled chicken with ratatouille, lentils or a Milanese piccata.
