Blanc de Noir

Blanc de Noir has been a speciality of our winery for 20 years and consists of a white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. During its pressing, only the first juice to run off is retained, the Pinot flower. This must is then vinified as a white wine. For those uncomfortable drinking white wine, this is the perfect beverage!

The subtlety of the Pinot Noir flower and its fine acidity make this wine a perfect accompaniment to fish, white meat or a pasta dish with seasonal vegetables.
