After its pressing, the Pinot Noir is vinified in barrels for 5 to 8 months, resulting in a structured wine where prune flavours blend with strawberry scents, supplemented by a gentle tannic structure.
Pinot Noir is the ideal companion for poultry, stuffed quail or duck magret. It also goes wonderfully well with dried meat or an assiette valaisanne.
