Ormarin

Ormarin is a blend of overripe Marsanne and Malvoisie, harvested on January 12, 2019, and aged for 18 months in barrel.

This nectar boasts exceptional aromatic richness, with a bouquet of candied apricots, acacia honey, and earthy undertones.

The wine achieves a delicate balance between the sweetness and vibrance of the Malvoisie and the smoothness of Marsanne, resulting in a harmonious complexity.

While it excels as a dessert wine, Ormarin also pairs beautifully with robust cheeses, offering a striking contrast on the palate.
