Our Malvoisie is soft without being overwhelming. Harvested after the first frosts, the grapes begin to wilt, leading to the concentration of the sugars and, depending on the year, the settling of Botrytis on the berries. This process enhances Malvoisie's aromas with earthy and mushroom-like scents.
In addition to being a great pairing with desserts, Malvoisie also goes very well with certain cheeses, such as blue cheeses! Try it with a Stilton or a Bleuchâtel ... you will be pleasantly surprised.
