A day dedicated to sharing, discovery and enjoyment. Nestled in the heart of the Leytron vineyards, this day has just one aim: to come together around a beautifully laid table, savour fine produce and share an authentic experience in a warm, idyllic setting.

Immerse yourself in one of the most crucial stages of the wine-growing year: the grape harvest. Through an exclusive workshop during our Tavolata, discover the subtle criteria that guide our choices, from analysing the ripeness of the grapes to seeking the perfect balance. A unique opportunity to understand how a wine’s excellence is forged right from the vineyard.

Full menu:

Aperitif tasting with wine presentation by the winemaker; savoury biscuits prepared by La Rosière in Estavayer-le-Lac

Starter: Mediterranean stracciatella (burrata cream, fresh tomato, olives, capers and spring onion)

Main course: Valaisan Wagyu beef cheeseburger with home-made chips.

Dessert: Raspberry royale

Coffee and tea served with Fribourg specialities from the Bénichon festival: croquets, bricelets and aniseed bread.
